What customers want to know before the first visit.
Does the call-out cost anything?
In Zone A (City of Zurich, Zollikon, Zollikerberg, Zumikon, Küsnacht, Erlenbach, Herrliberg, Meilen) travel is included in the price. In the rest of Kanton Zürich a flat fee of CHF 60 is added, waived above CHF 600 of work. If we cannot fix the problem, you pay nothing, not even the travel.
How fast can you be here?
Phone and WhatsApp are answered around the clock. At night and at the weekend our assistant takes the problem and proposes a slot, which we confirm on the next working day. The visit takes place the next working day, same day for subscription customers. Evenings, Saturdays and Sundays are possible with a surcharge; businesses have the emergency call-out.
Mac or Windows, iPhone or Android?
All of them, plus the Swisscom box, Fritzbox, Sonos, Apple TV and printers of every brand. We do not repair broken hardware ourselves; we replace it or arrange the repair.
Who comes to my home?
A TechButler technician, in English or German. Before the visit we tell you who is coming. Your passwords stay with you; we store no access details and copy no data to our devices.
What if the time is not enough?
Then we stop, say what is still open and name the price for the next visit or for remote help at CHF 60 per started half hour. Extra costs only with your yes.
How do I pay?
After the visit by TWINT or card, or by invoice with ten days to pay if you prefer. Businesses receive an invoice. No fix, no fee: then the call-out fee of CHF 120 incl. VAT is waived too.
