What usually breaks, and what it costs.
You book time, not a package with small print: three visits, and under each the problems households call about most. The price stands before the first screw. If the time will not be enough, we say so before, not after.

Printer, TV, streaming, dock or parental controls: one thing, one visit, one price. Usually done in 45 minutes.

Home visit half day
Up to four hours for the whole home: check-up, backup, security and home network in one appointment. Typical after a move or once a year.

Call-out and diagnosis fee: CHF 120 incl. VAT. The fee is credited against every visit.
For parents and grandparents.
Many requests come from daughters and sons who cannot fix their parents' printer every weekend. We take that over: calmly, without jargon, with a note for the fridge.
No jargon, no hurry
We explain once, calmly, write the important bits down in large print and come again if needed. One more question costs nothing extra.
You know who is coming
Before the visit we tell you which technician is coming. Your parents do not have to explain anything to anyone on the phone, and nobody turns up unannounced.
You book, we come
The invoice goes to you, the visit takes place at your parents' home. With the Hausfrieden subscription we check in regularly from afar and come by on schedule.
Call-out and diagnosis only
For a small thing we come for a flat call-out fee with the first thirty minutes and the diagnosis included. If it turns into a visit on the spot, the fee is credited in full. Beyond that the hourly rate applies, in quarter hours, with a cap we name beforehand.
